Compensation Specialist (Temporary) Hybrid Schedule!
OverviewWe are seeking a detail oriented Compensation Specialist to provide temporary support to our Total Rewards and Compensation our client's team during a period of high activity and system transition. This role will focus heavily on equity programs, bonus administration, compensation reporting, and Oracle-related tasks. The ideal candidate has prior compensation experience, advanced Excel skills, and is comfortable communicating complex compensation topics to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Equity AdministrationSupport equity-related activities including RSU vesting, new option grants, dividends, and RSU swap election processes
Confirm employee eligibility for RSU swap elections and gather required employee information
Manage and track RSU elections through JP Morgan and paper election processes
Collect and upload election data into JP Morgan for new users
Coordinate RSU swap communications with payroll
Prepare and distribute equity-related communications, grant letters, and templates
Track dividend communications, employee follow-ups, and confirmations
Assist with bonus calculations and spreadsheet validation
Run macros and prepare bonus letters for separation and distribution
Populate templates for annual bonus payments and bonus calculations
Coordinate communications between compensation, payroll, and leadership
Prepare payroll files and support executive approval processes
Validate spreadsheets, formulas, and market data updates
Track and collect HR acknowledgements
Support Oracle audits by comparing current compensation data to Oracle records
Prepare and distribute final compensation files and payroll data
Respond to compensation-related questions from HR Business Partners
Support communication to employees regarding time off changes
Respond to employee questions related to compensation and time off
Audit data loaded in Oracle versus legacy systems
Populate templates for compensation changes
Assist with Oracle transition tasks, audits, and updates
Support position creation and compensation data entry in Oracle
Run Oracle reports and coordinate distribution to AskHR
Add compensation information to Glide requests and partner with internal stakeholders on process improvements
Support offer letter processes for non-North America populations, including tracking receipt
Help manage and organize the compensation inbox and respond to inquiries
Schedule meetings and provide administrative support to senior compensation leaders
Maintain accurate tracking files and documentation across all compensation activities
Prior experience supporting compensation, total rewards, or HR operations
Advanced Excel skills required, including formulas, macros, and spreadsheet validation
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear and professional communicator, comfortable discussing topics such as equity, stock options, bonuses, and dividends
Experience working with HR systems such as Oracle and JP Morgan strongly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
