Summary of Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service
  • Leading and supervising the Reception and Transportation teams while upholding all service standards
  • Handling Owner and Guest concerns with urgency and care, documenting issues and notifying the appropriate departments
  • Attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  • Assigning daily tasks based on operational needs and workflow
  • Balancing operational, administrative, and Colleague needs
  • Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative, helpful manner
  • Coordinating Owner and Guest arrival and departure schedules
  • Managing daily transportation logistics
  • Serving as Manager on Duty as assigned
