We are seeking a dynamic, service‑driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with strong beverage expertise to lead our diverse, high‑performing F&B team. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in an elevated dining environment and understands the power of a thoughtfully curated beverage program – from wine and spirits to craft cocktails and guest‑driven experiences.
Responsibilities- Support the leadership and daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets, including the 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill, banquets, and event set‑up.
- Champion an exceptional beverage program, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency.
- Partner in training and mentoring colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive service standards reflective of the Park Hyatt brand – polished, intuitive, and personalized.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory oversight, cost controls, and operational efficiencies.
- Actively engage with guests, elevating their experience through beverage knowledge and refined hospitality.
Starting salary for this position is $56,800. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
