Location: Cripple Creek

Join our dynamic Sales team at the stunning Chamonix Casino Resort. Set in the majestic Rockies in the heart of historic Cripple Creek, our property delivers a distinctive mountain-luxury experience. Featuring 300 refined guest rooms and suites and over 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor and outdoor event space, rooftop pool and bar, full-service spa and multiple food and beverage outlets, including fine-dining 980 Prime Steakhouse, and a vibrant casino.

Role Description

Chamonix Casino Hotel & Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to drive group room nights and catering revenue for our luxury casino resort. This role supports multiple market segments, with a preference for candidates experienced in Corporate, Association, Government, and SMERF business.

This is a HYBRID position
, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong on-property presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively solicit and secure group, meeting, and event business across assigned market segments
  • Respond to RFPs and develop compelling proposals aligned with resort capabilities
  • Conduct site inspections, client presentations, and contract negotiations

    Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Catering & Events, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and client functions
  • Maintain detailed account and activity records in the CRM system
Qualifications
  • 2–5+ years of hotel or resort sales experience, preferably full-service or luxury
  • Demonstrated success selling group rooms and/or catering & events
  • Experience with Corporate, Association, Government, and SMERF segments preferred
  • Experience with Agilysys Sales & Catering and Stay is a plus ; proficiency with other hotel CRMs (Delphi, Salesforce, etc.) is acceptable
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales processes and revenue optimization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
