Employee housing is not available. Weekend work is required. This is a temporary position through August 2026 and could be extended/become permanent.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading and supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring all service standards are met with warmth and professionalism
• Cleaning and inspecting residences to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation
• Responding swiftly and effectively to guest concerns, recording details and communicating with the appropriate teams to ensure memorable stays
• Communicating daily priorities and updates to colleagues to support personalized, attentive service
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills Include

• Highly Preferred:
  Bilingual in English and Spanish
• A genuine, service-focused personality
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Excellent time-management and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example
• Ability to have direct, honest, and constructive coaching conversations with employees

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Ability to stay focused on tasks and follow direction
• Ability to bend, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to push and pull carts or equipment
• Ability to safely use a step ladder or stairs
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and required PPE

Additional Information

Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Starting hourly wage: $22.62/hr
