Banquet Bartender

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Banquet Bartender to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare bar area for service in accordance with Viceroy standards.
• Ensure bar mise-en-place is completed base on BEO and ready before event starts.
• Receive beverage orders from service staff and from guests at the bar and dispense drinks as requested.
• Responsible for cash and for correct charging of drinks, if event requires.
• Ensure a minimum loss through breakage and waste.
• Maintain adequate bar beverage stocks during event.
• Responsible con consumption on each event and report to Banquet Captain or MOD.
• Adheres strictly to the provisions and regulations regarding underage drinking and the policies of Viceroy and laws of Colorado.
• Responsible for breakdown of bar, making sure bar is clean for next events and storage, liquor room must be organized and neat after each shift, label condiments and juices, take care of trash and recycling.
• Follow grooming standards of Viceroy Hotel and maintain appropriate verbiage with coworkers and guest.
• Be knowledgeable of all liquor items, specialty cocktails their garnish, contents and preparation methods.

Employment Type: On Call

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $15.16/ hour + tips

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Restaurant Bartending and bartending for high volume of guest
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
