Position Title:

Front Desk Associate

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Associate is the first and last point of contact for guests at a hot spring hotel in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. This role is responsible for delivering a welcoming, informative, and efficient guest experience while supporting daily front desk operations in a wellness-focused resort environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide professional check-in and check-out services
  • Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and general inquiries
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, hot springs, spa services, and local attractions
  • Process payments, room charges, and cash handling accurately
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns with courtesy and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and spa teams to support guest needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills; experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) a plus
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
