Perched in the heart of Telluride’s Mountain Village, Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection is a luxurious alpine retreat that blends the spirit of the Rockies with Auberge’s signature warmth and sophistication. Madeline pairs ski-in/ski-out access with curated amenities, including Crest Club, a dedicated Ski Valet, the Alpine Swim Club with heated pool and outdoor lounges, a full-service spa, fitness center, and an open-air ice rink.

Distinctive dining experiences include Black Iron Kitchen + Bar and Timber Room. Following a dramatic property-wide redesign in 2021, Madeline invites guests to experience modern mountain luxury in one of America’s most iconic alpine destinations.

The hourly rate for this role is $22-$25 per hour.

• Respond to all Guest Requests within a very timely manner
• Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations
• Follow established safety procedures
• Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs
• Responsible for all Engineering Admin duties

• Minimum of 1-2 year experience in a coordinator role
• High school diploma or equivalent, Technical school desired
• Must be able to operate all Hotel systems and associated equipment
• Need to be familiar with associated vendors and able to identify replacement parts, materials, and necessary tools
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and furniture as well as follow directions on warning labels
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
