POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for aHousekeeperwho can transform our vacation homes from “lived-in” to luxurious between each stay so our guests feel right at home from the moment they check-in. Whether deep cleaning the bathrooms or making the bed, as a valued team member, you'll dive headfirst into maintaining our luxury rentals to exacting standards, managing inventory, and swiftly reporting any maintenance issues.

• Thoroughly clean rental units in Aspen and Snowmass.
• Uphold our strict quality standards.
• Do laundry
• Use our cleaning checklists to ensure all properties are cleaned to our high standards.
• Use an inventory sheet to ensure units are appropriately stocked.
• Conduct self-inspections to ensure quality control.
• Report all maintenance issues to the cleaning supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of cleaning experience
• Able to work on weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Able to create positive experiences and be friendly in every interaction, including guests, homeowners, team members, contractors and vendors.
• Extremely responsive and reliable.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and prioritize urgent matters.
• Must possess high standards for degree of quality and attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage:$30.00

Schedule:

• Regular business hours with availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
