Location: Snowmass Village

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Guest Services Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you.

Greets and provides guests and owners with excellent customer service.

Maintains an environment of comfortable hospitality for coworkers, owners, and guests.

Responsible for hiring, training, and counseling staff with job descriptions, training requirements and performance standards for each position. Assist in regularly schedule meetings, memos, etc.

Coordinates with Owner Relations Manager, Maintenance, and Housekeeping staff on owner occupancies, special projects, unit and property inspections to insure facility and customer service standards.

Communicates with housekeeping and engineering staffs to resolve all guest issues.

Coordinates owner and guest deliveries and owner shipping assistance.

Assist front desk as necessary, including working front desk shifts if necessary.

Review all guest surveys and work in coordination with other departments to respond in timely manner.

$80,000 to $90,000 Annually
