• Always maintains a positive attitude, supporting the policies of the Casino as well as Senior Management of Ameristar Casino, Inc.
• Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• This is a uniformed position, requiring compliance with uniform appearance standards while on duty.
• Stock bus stations.
• Ensure that the buffet line is clean and sanitary.
• Makes sure that all supplies are adequately stocked.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• TIPS training.
• Must be very friendly and outgoing.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Basic math skills.
