Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full‑time Site Coordinator to join our team at Holiday Inn Estes Park, in Estes Park, Colorado. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and on‑boarding tasks. - Maintain a safe and secure environment in employee housing while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
- Oversee cleanliness standards, coordinate housekeeping schedules, and manage maintenance and utility services for housing units
- Handle lease agreements, renewals, compliance documentation, and prepare rooms for arrivals and departures with inspections and inventory checks
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle to transport team members between housing and the hotel according to scheduled routes
- Address housing‑related concerns promptly, foster a positive living environment, and share updates through a monthly team member newsletter
- Experience as a training administrator or similar role
- Valid driver’s license and must be able to obtain a Department of Transportation card within 10 days of hire date
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus
- No high school diploma or GED required
