At Morrison Home, we foster a home-like environment. We are tucked in the foothills of Morrison down the street from the popular Tiny Town attraction and a popular mom-and-pop coffee house, Tomaris. Our home includes a large expanse of land for the boys to play in with a deck view of a small running creek in the backyard and a variety of trees and wildflowers growing in the summer and spring.
The students reside at the home and have their own personalized rooms. Adjacent to the house is the schoolhouse where their scholastic needs are met, and therapy sessions take place with our on‑site Special Education teachers and clinical therapists.
Starting at $22/Hour.
$1,500 Sign On Bonus! $750 paid at 3 months of employment and $750 paid at 6 months of employment

ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of a Behavioral Health Technician are to provide consistent interactive supervision of students to ensure safety, health, and welfare of our students. The Behavioral Health Technician will supervise and participate in the students’ daily living routines that occur on shift, including wake‑up, daily readiness, meals, chores, school and scholastic activities, hygiene, and bedtime preparation.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelors
Preferred
Experience in human services field
- Must be a local resident!
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- Have reliable transportation and be able to drive in winter conditions.
- Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
- Have a desire to work with troubled teens and at least 1 year of direct care experience with juveniles.
- Have experience in a supervisory role.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
