Weisbrod Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Eads, Colorado. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice broad-scope rural medicine while building meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit community.
Providers practice across clinic, emergency, inpatient, and extended care settings, offering a rewarding and diverse clinical experience.
- Position HighlightsFull-scope rural practice
- Mix of clinic, ED, inpatient, and extended care
- 36 hours of patient-facing time per week
- 10-hour clinic days (9 hours patient care + 1 hour administrative)
- Rural Health Clinic averages ~400 patient visits per month across three providers
- Call & Inpatient Coverage6–24 hour call shifts (noon–noon)
- One weekend of call per month with Saturday half-day clinic
- Emergency Department coverage while on call
- Manage inpatient admissions and swing-bed patients
- Support & ResourcesNon-designated trauma center focused on stabilization and transfer
- 24/7 tele-emergency support from Avel eHealth
- Clinical pharmacy services
- Integrated county EMS and ambulance service
- Compensation & Benefits Salary: $120,000 – $220,000
- Quarterly RVU Bonus Potential
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Medical Insurance: Provided at no cost for provider and family
- Paid Time Off: Up to 7 weeks annually
- Retirement: 401(k) with up to 3% employer match
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
- CME: $5,000 annually + 5 paid days
- Malpractice Insurance: Including tail coverage
