Slate Healthcare is seeking an RN Oncology Nurse Navigator for a travel nursing position in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

• Coordinate care for oncology patients across the treatment continuum.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with oncology providers and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Assist with infusion clinic operations as needed.
• Perform IV starts and support port/PICC line access when required.
• Support chemotherapy/biotherapy treatment workflows.
• Coordinate imaging, specialty referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with oral chemotherapy medication coordination and patient monitoring.
• Provide psychosocial support and connect patients with community resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care coordination notes.

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 2 years of Oncology Nurse Navigator experience.
• Strong oncology nursing background.
• OnC certification required.
• Experience working with oncology patients in an outpatient or infusion setting.
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills.

• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification.
• Experience with infusion nursing.
• Experience with port or PICC access.
• Prior oncology navigation program experience.
