Weisbrod Health is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our team in Eads, Colorado (on‑site). • Full‑scope rural practice
• Mix of clinic, ED, inpatient, and extended care
• 36 hours of patient‑facing time per week
• 10‑hour clinic days (9 hours patient care + 1 hour administrative)
• Rural Health Clinic averages ~400 patient visits per month across three providers

• 6–24 hour call shifts (noon–noon)
• One weekend of call per month with Saturday half‑day clinic
• Emergency Department coverage while on call
• Average ~55 ED visits per month
• Manage inpatient admissions and swing‑bed patients
• Average inpatient census ~1.2

• Non‑designated trauma center focused on stabilization and transfer
• 24/7 tele‑emergency support from Avel eHealth
• Board‑certified emergency physicians
• Critical care nursing support
• Clinical pharmacy services
• Integrated county EMS and ambulance service

• Salary: $120,000 – $220,000
• Quarterly RVU Bonus Potential
• Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000
