Duration13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible)
Compensation DetailsGross Hourly Pay Rate (per 36 hours weekly): $1584/weekly
Pay Split- Taxable W2: $533/Weekly
- Non-Taxable (Per Diem/Stipend): $1051/weekly
Must have a current, unrestricted CO State license
Experience- LTC experience required
- MDS experience preferred
Shared Housing Available – furnished, within city limits, includes Wi‑Fi and cable.
