Massage Therapist (Additional Commission & Service Fee)

Base Pay: $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr

Position Overview:

As a Massage Therapist at All Points North Lodge, you will deliver exceptional massage and body treatments in a luxurious spa setting, creating an exceptional wellness experience for our discerning guests.

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapist coursework
• Three (3) years of professional massage therapy experience
• Valid Colorado Massage Therapist License (required)
• Proficiency in multiple modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cupping

• Principles, practices, and techniques of various massage therapy modalities
• HIPAA compliance and proper record‑keeping practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Techniques for engaging with diverse clients from various backgrounds

• Delivering a variety of massage modalities and body treatments with excellence
• Assessing client needs and customizing treatments accordingly
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated wellness team
• Managing your schedule efficiently while maintaining high‑quality standards

• Welcome guests warmly to create a relaxing atmosphere
• Perform expert massage and body treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Cupping)
• Conduct thorough pre‑treatment consultations to understand client needs and preferences
• Adapt techniques based on client feedback to ensure optimal comfort and results
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to exacting standards
• Contribute to the spa’s success through teamwork and service excellence

• Stamina to perform massage therapy throughout shifts
• Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods
• Strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Manual dexterity for performing therapeutic techniques

• $40 commission per service
• $39 service fee per treatment
