Fiber Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Meeker, Colorado.

Minimum 2 years of experience; PT needed for days, mostly M-F occasional Saturday if ortho surgery on Friday; RADIUS RULE:
Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility--Local travelers will not be considered;
This job requires 3 references- 1 being a supervisor
Fiber Staffing Allied Job . Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
