Griswold Home Care of Lakewood is looking for kind, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time work, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work while helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Pay: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

If you enjoy working with seniors, are compassionate and patient, and take pride in being reliable, you may be a wonderful fit for our team. Many of our best caregivers come from a place of simply wanting to help others.

As a caregiver, you’ll make a real difference in someone’s daily life by helping them remain independent edules are flexible and may include day, evening, overnight, or 24-hour shifts, with some clients needing as little as four hours of care.

Care may include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, personal care assistance (such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding), dementia support, and clear communication with our office team.

We’re looking for caregivers with reliable transportation, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of caregiving experience—whether professional or caring for a loved one. A willingness to learn is essential, and we’re happy to provide training and support along the way.
