Opportunity Description
Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time 13-week travel assignment in Colorado. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule and the chance to support patients in a dynamic therapy setting.

Job Duties

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services based on individualized treatment plans

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with functional limitations

• Document treatment sessions and progress notes in accordance with facility standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care

• Participate in care planning, patient education, and discharge recommendations

Contract Details

• 8-hour day shifts

• Full-time schedule, 13-week assignment

Experience & Skills Required

• Active Colorado single-state PT license (required at submission)

• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience

• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
