The Colorado Qualifying House is a Residential Treatment Center that provides male youth ages 18-20 with opportunities for positive growth through evidence-based interventions and innovative programming. With a deep commitment to improving the lives of youth and families, our program model has been developed with a focus on promoting positive change and goal attainment. The Colorado Qualifying House program subscribes to the four principles of effective intervention: risk assessment, addressing needs, providing individualized treatment, and ensuring fidelity.

By following these core principles, Colorado Qualifying House guides youth behavior in positive directions while reducing recidivism risk.

Pay
: $75,000 Salary per year Depending on Experience.

What you will do: As a Licensed Therapist you will provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include:
clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a Master's Level Degree and current specific licensure required for the State of Colorado
• Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable
• One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System
• Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current Colorado State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Schedule: We are offering a Hybrid schedule to promote work/life balance! An example schedule would be week 1 (3) days on site, 2 days remote) week 2 (2 days on site, 3 days remote)-will discuss further upon hire.
