Outpatient Physical Therapist needed in Valley View Hospital’s Silt Clinic located in Silt, CO! Western Colorado’s premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Full‑time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient Physical Therapy care. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function.

You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA)
• At least one year of PT experience; 3‑5 years is preferred.
• BLS through the American Heart Association with card in hand before start date.

• $41.56 to $62.34/hour

Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set.
