Overview
The Crisis Clinician, Licensed provides immediate mental health crisis intervention across various settings, including in-home, community, and hospital environments. They assess, triage, and respond to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring compassionate care, appropriate referrals, and coordination with agencies.
Responsibilities- Conduct on-call shifts, evaluations within 30-60 minutes, crisis scene management, and documentation in compliance with confidentiality policies.
- Participate in regular meetings, supervision, and training, maintaining strong interagency relationships.
- Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LCSW or LPC), 2+ years of crisis experience, and knowledge of DSM-5.
- Bilingual skills are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $32-38/hour, with flexible scheduling including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts, plus on-call responsibilities.
