We're looking for a dedicated Primary Therapist to become a key part of our multidisciplinary team. If you're passionate about supporting individuals through their recovery journey and thrive in a collaborative, client‑centered setting, we'd love to meet you.

• Active Colorado LCSW or LPC license
• 2+ years experience in addiction or co‑occurring disorders (preferred)
  Strong documentation and communication skills
• Flexible with schedule weekend availability preferred

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy across levels of care
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care team on case reviews and ongoing treatment planning
• Offer psychoeducation and family support sessions
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards

Location: Carbondale, CO

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Weekend availability preferred)

License

Required:

LCSW or LPC (Colorado)

Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 per year
