The Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional service and therapeutic treatments to our guests. You will deliver a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual needs, enhancing relaxation and well‑being. If you have a passion for wellness and enjoy helping others on their journey to better health, this is a wonderful opportunity to join our team in a serene and rejuvenating environment.

• Provide various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other specialized modalities based on guest preferences and health conditions.
• Assess guest needs and customize treatments to deliver a superior wellness experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including treatment rooms and massage equipment.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort throughout the session.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for guests.
• Recommend appropriate spa services and retail products to enhance the guest's wellness journey.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and wellness trends to offer cutting‑edge treatments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• State licensure in massage therapy required.

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a resort or spa environment.

• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
