What You’ll Do- Be the first and last person our patients encounter, assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Register patients and manage wait times, keeping the reception area warm and inviting.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, or via messaging.
- Gather and double‑check patient info, handle forms and payments, and prepare everything for the next visit with a smile.
- Schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers.

Qualifications / Experience- High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
Medical office, procedure/exam room, and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
