Your Role:

• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines
• Monitor residents for medication side effects or changes in condition and report to the supervising nurse
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of medication administration and resident observations
• Work closely with CNAs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans
• Provide respectful, dignified care in a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
• Assist in promoting residents’ independence and overall well-being
• Support our mission to deliver high-quality care rooted in trust, integrity, and community

Who We’re Looking For:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado
• Valid Colorado certification as a Medication Aide (or applicable qualifications to administer medications)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable
• Committed to upholding care standards and contributing to a positive work environment
