Join Our Team of Passionate Mental Health Clinicians. We are seeking dedicated mental health professionals to join our team at Park County Counseling (Bailey location), serving the Hwy 285 corridor. Our providers work independently but thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission and vision, offering compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families.
Our clients face a wide range of mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges, and we work in close partnership with our community to provide holistic, impactful support via in person and telehealth services.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with our community partners
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity
- Understanding and dedication to serving diverse client populations and addressing a variety of needs
- Experience working with a broad range of clients, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-informed care
- Mindfulness and respect for shared community work spaces
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional self-management and time-management abilities
- Proficiency or willingness to learn data management systems and electronic recordkeeping systems
- Flexibility to support the practice with additional duties as needed
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid professional clinical license or candidacy for licensure
