• Functional Activities of Daily Living
• Swallowing and Articulation Speech Services
• Vestibular/Balance and Vertigo Rehabilitation
• Orthopedic Post Operation Services
• Manual Therapy
• Pain Therapy Technique

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or patient’s residence in accordance with APTA standards of practice and state requirements.
• Implement a Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust the plan based on patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that supports and restores life and well‑being, either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and current level of patient function; set realistic goals to improve these areas.
• Participate in quality assessment, performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required;
  Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Current licensure (or provisional license allowed by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act) with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
