Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Rad Tech - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Work in Interventional Radiology department with 2 IR suites

• Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 3:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)

• Use GE equipment and Meditech EMR system

• VI certification or CVIR required - candidates without these skills will not be considered

• Neuro experience and Thrombectomy center experience preferred

• Perform basic IR procedures including drains to neuro and complex cases such as SIRspheres, tumor ablation, and spine procedures

• Must be a go-getter and team player with great communication skills

• Ability to manage stressful situations required

• Night shift coverage provided on-call basis

• Work alongside 4 techs and 6 RNs in the IR department

This healthcare facility is a 272-bed hospital featuring a specialized Interventional Radiology department with 2 dedicated IR suites. The facility maintains modern GE equipment and utilizes Meditech EMR systems to support comprehensive interventional radiology services. The department handles a wide range of procedures from basic interventional radiology cases to complex neuro procedures and serves as a thrombectomy center, providing advanced care for patients requiring specialized interventional treatments.

Adex Job . Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
