Provide non-medical assistance to residents in an assisted living community while assuring resident safety and attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
Essential Duties include but not limited to- Medication administration & management
- Assist with personal care & hygiene
- Housekeeping, laundry, & meal support
- Companionship & emotional support
- Monitoring resident health
- Communication, documentation, & reporting
