Education Level High School## Qualifications
** Required Education
*** High School Diploma or equivalent.
** Required Knowledge
*** Comprehensive understanding of mortgage loan processing and regulations.
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations.
* Familiarity with loan documentation and procedures.
** Experience Required
*** Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field.
* Proven track record of successfully processing mortgage loans.
* Experience in coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.
** Required Hard/Technical Skills
*** Proficiency in mortgage loan origination systems and processing software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
** WORKING CONDITIONS
*** Standard office conditions
* Low to moderate noise
* Limited lifting up to 15 lbs.
