We are currently seeking a high-energy Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Frisco, CO. This is a unique opportunity to work directly inside a high-volume real estate office, providing a seamless, "one-stop-shop" experience for home buyers. You will act as the go-to lending expert for real estate agents and their clients, fostering deep professional relationships in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Real Estate Office Integration:
  Act as the primary lending partner within a partner real estate office, providing on-the-spot pre-approvals and mortgage consultations for walk-ins and agent referrals.
• Business Development:
  Proactively grow your personal production by leveraging provided WARM/HOT LEADS and building strong rapport with local real estate agents.
• Loan Origination:
  Accept and review all loan applications, ensuring high-quality submissions and a smooth transition from application to closing.
• Client Advisory:
  Advise borrowers on financial status, payment methods, and the best mortgage products to fit their unique needs.
• Financial Analysis:
  Evaluate applicants' financial situations, analyze credit data, and assess lending risks to determine eligibility.
• Pipeline Management:
  Manage a diverse pipeline consisting of multiple mortgage products, ensuring all milestones are met for timely closings.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with processors and underwriters to ensure paperwork is complete and accurate, resolving any issues to get loans closed early.
• Marketing & Outreach:
  Plan and execute marketing campaigns and provide training for realtors to keep Top Flite Home Loans top-of-mind.
• Communication:
  Maintain consistent contact with customers regarding missing information and provide status updates via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• License:
  Active MLO License (Required).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of loan origination or mortgage-related experience.
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a real estate office setting.
• Attention to Detail:
  Must be highly detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple files simultaneously.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
• Tech Savvy:
  Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard LOS platforms.
• Bilingual:
  Spanish speaking is a plus.
