Cost​/Invoice Analyst

Cost / Invoice Analyst - Denver, CO (LOCALS ONLY) - 12+ months - $29-30/hr

The Invoice COE Analyst reviews and validates invoices submitted by Construction Business Partners to ensure accuracy, compliance with project estimates, and adherence to billing rules and SLAs.

• Review construction invoices against approved estimates and design maps (PDFs).
• Verify billed items comply with allowed project codes and standards.
• Identify discrepancies and work with Business Partners to resolve issues.
• Review and approve change orders when estimates are updated.
• Coordinate with Finance to request additional funds when budgets are insufficient.
• Ensure invoices are processed within defined SLAs.

• Experience reviewing invoices or financial/project documentation.

• Construction, telecom, or cable industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret design maps.
