As a Business Management Analyst – Level 2 located in Aurora, CO, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

• Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management, fact‑finding and negotiation support
• Perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed‑upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
• Assist with program resource management, including cost estimation, allocation, tracking and analysis
• Assist with preparation of financial CDRLs
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience — or — Master’s degree. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires an active Top‑Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
• Experience with MS Office Suite

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• Defense industry experience
• Program Cost Control experience
• Experience with FAR/DFARS
• Experience with Cobra, SAP, or IBM Cognos
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Financial analysis presentation experience
• Proposal preparation, strategy development or evaluation experience
