Responsibilities and Duties:
- Fill and balance KIOSKs, AJMs, CDMs as needed
- Hard balance all KIOSKs, AJMs, CDMs as needed
- Complete emergency drops as needed
- Address KIOSK, AJM, CDM issues such as incomplete dispensing errors, and jams
- Maintain and complete all required paperwork - stay accountable for the monies entrusted to them and comply with all gaming regulations and accounting practices
- Cooperate with the Main Banker/Shift Manager to ensure a smooth flow of business within Guest Services
- Assist Frontline with guests
- Assist Main Banker with Jackpots, Verifying tips, processing dealer tokes, Slot Banks, F&B Banks and revenue
- Perform customer service in a pleasant, acceptable manner to ensure the customer has a pleasant experience and is willing to return to the casino
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
- Must have understanding of accounting procedures
- Must be knowledgeable of Gaming Regulations and Internal Control Minimum Procedures (ICMP’s) that affect Cage operations
- Must be familiar with basic computer operations
- Must be fluent in English
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Previous casino cage experience is preferred
- Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming License
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
