Overview
The Casino Host - Can earn up to an additional $3,000 per quarter in incentive bonus. The Casino Host is responsible for creating a personalized and memorable experience for Golden Nugget players. This role focuses on building strong guest relationships, driving player loyalty, and supporting casino revenue through exceptional service, timely communication, and proactive engagement with new and existing guests.
Responsibilities Guest Service & Relationship Management- Provide exceptional, high-touch service to casino guests, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with players to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Greet guests on the casino floor, ensuring they receive personalized attention.
- Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with new and inactive players to increase visitation and play.
- Monitor player activity and communicate offers, rewards, and promotions aligned with their play patterns.
- Assist in enrolling guests into the loyalty program and educate them on available benefits.
- Coordinate complimentary services such as hotel rooms, dining, entertainment, and promotional benefits based on player ratings and established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of guest interactions, preferences, and play levels in casino systems.
- Support casino marketing events, tournaments, and VIP functions as required.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
- Protect the confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow the Golden Nugget standards of guest service.
- Previous experience in casino guest services, player development, hospitality, or customer relations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build genuine rapport.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a guest‑first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with player tracking systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
