Sales Associate

Overview

Join Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. as a full‑time Sales Associate located in Gypsum, CO. The position involves order entry at the sales counter and related warehouse duties, with a typical schedule of Monday‑Friday and overtime during the busy season.

• Enter orders at the point of sale using the company computer system.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, and in‑person, providing product information and pricing.
• Greet customers with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Create sales orders and detailed quotes that estimate project costs and material quantities.
• Schedule and coordinate truck deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication among managers, employees, and clients.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Learn basic product knowledge and advise management on special order needs.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, order picking, staging, and replenishment.
• Handle shipping, receiving, loading/unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Basic computer knowledge and internet use.
• Experience with irrigation/landscaping products is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Forklift experience is helpful.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, or 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background screen.

Pay range: $25 and up per hour (DOE). Base salary typically falls within $19.00 to $20.91 per hour.
