Wavelynx is looking for a detail-oriented, Technical Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be the glue that holds our electronics manufacturing projects together-moving them from the initial design phase through the production floor and out to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Define project scope, timeline, and budget with the team.
  • Monitor and report progress, accountability, and critical milestones.
  • Communicate task dependencies and ensure realistic estimates.
  • Facilitate project meetings and establish communication plans.
  • Adapt plans to changing business needs and resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborate with resource managers to allocate personnel to assigned projects.
  • Manage change orders and enforce process rigor.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Communicate complex data excellently in oral and written forms.
  • Manage changing priorities in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • Experience:

    3 + years of experience in manufacturing and/or engineering project management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (like SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, or MS Project).
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) / Product Development Process (PDP) deployment processes.
  • Communication:
    Clear, concise writing and the ability to speak confidently with both engineers and various business stakeholders.
Logistics & Compensation
  • Location:

    Broomfield, CO. Hybrid schedule (1-day remote) after the initial 90-day onboarding period.
  • Salary & Benefits:
    • Base Salary: $,000 plus eligibility for an annual company bonus program and merit increases.
    • Retirement:
      After 30 days, eligible for the company retirement program, where you are 100% vested immediately and features up to a 6% 401(k) match.
