Job Description- Support the lead teacher in classroom duties and assist as assigned.
- Step in whenever needed for program-wide duties and fill in as lead teacher when absent.
- Run and adapt circle time with proper waiting times and use of adapted materials.
- Plan activities for individuals and small groups using table‑top activities and lesson plan templates.
- Help with classroom preparation and cleanup.
- Maintain ongoing conversations with the lead teacher about support, duties and needs.
- Participate in all school meetings, Early Childhood PLCs, training and professional development.
- Enforce school policies and guidelines.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
- Level 3 in CDEC's PDIS system.
