ABOUT THE POSITION

School District 49 is actively seeking a BASE
49 Site Assistant. This position works directly with children, ages 5-10, before and after school.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.

Calendar:
School Year - 167 days

49 Manager

Hourly rate of pay:
Starting pay is $19.16 per hour to $23.86 per hour depending upon previous relevant experience. Actual starting pay rate will be determined after a review of the work experience provided on the job application.

Full-time or Part-time:
Full-time. Employees assigned to this position are scheduled to work up to 6.5 hours per day based on student enrollment and attendance during regular teacher work days. Employees assigned to this position may work up to 8 hours on non-teacher contract days based on enrollment and attendance. If additional hours are worked, they will be extra hours and will not be included in salary annualization.

There is no guarantee of days or hours as this position is based strictly on the staff to student ratio needs.
