The Department of Radiology at University of Colorado Denver is seeking applicants for a full-time radiologist and faculty member in the Abdominal Radiology Section. We are interested in candidates at any stage of their career from the Sr. Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels. Faculty can exclusively focus on clinical work with no research or promotion expectations. The department offers productivity-based compensation with hybrid options.
Faculty may engage in teaching and are eligible for academic incentives. The department has an excellent track record of obtaining J1 waivers and candidates are encouraged to apply. A robust relocation package and signing bonus are provided.
- Body Imaging of all modality types, including MR, CT, US, and GI/GU fluoroscopy
- Participation in clinical practice across multiple sites as part of the Department of Radiology
- Interdisciplinary conferences and teaching of fellows and residents
- Regular interaction with referring providers within a highly collaborative setting
- Anchor provider at a primary site of practice with occasional coverage at other sites within the Denver Metro area
- Participation and collaboration through interdisciplinary conferences
- Education of fellows and residents
- Maintain regular interaction with referring providers in a collaborative environment
- Onsite in Aurora, CO
- Hybrid schedule eligible; reading from home may be possible based on section clinical schedule
- Remote full-time position is a possibility

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: This is an open rank position with consideration for Sr. Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Requirements include:
- Licensed MD or DO from an accredited U.S. institution, or equivalent; if non-U.S. graduate, A eligibility or certification and Colorado license by time of hire
Preferred Qualifications: Subspecialty fellowship training; experience collaborating with multiple clinical specialties
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Interpretation of radiology imaging studies and procedures; competency in basic radiology procedures
Rank progression is based on academic accomplishments and input from the department's Promotion and Tenure committee.

This open posting targets multiple candidates and will be used as openings become available. Anticipated salary ranges by rank are as follows (productivity-based compensation may exceed the ranges):
- Sr. Instructor: $500,000 - $650,000
- Assistant Professor: $500,000 - $650,000
- Associate Professor: $500,000 - $650,000
- Professor: $500,000 - $650,000
