Dental Assistant​/EDDA

White Diamond Dental is a brand-new dental practice built on a patient-first philosophy, focused on quality care, trust, and long-term oral health. As a growing startup, we are looking for a motivated, dependable Dental Assistant or Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) who is excited to help build something special from the ground up.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and proactive—someone who takes initiative, adapts easily, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment according to protocols
• Take dental radiographs (as permitted by certification/state guidelines)
• Provide excellent patient care, comfort, and education
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Support daily office flow and assist with opening/closing duties
• Take initiative to help establish efficient systems and workflows in a startup setting

• Dental Assistant or EDDA certification (required or preferred based on role)
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Patient, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a startup environment and willing to grow with the practice
• Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
