Our client, a leading distributor in the adult products industry, is seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Customer Support professional to join their dynamic team. As an E-Commerce Customer Support, you will be part of the Customer Service and Drop Ship team supporting the growth of drop-ship customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Support
Location: Broomfield, CO
Pay Range: $19.00/hr
Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone to ensure timely and effective support
- Resolve order issues including shipping delays, returns, exchanges, and refunds to maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Track and update orders in the e-commerce platform, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
What's Needed?
- 1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including proficiency in Excel for data management
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high ticket volume professionally
