- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a customer service role with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to simplify complex situations for families seeking support
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
