Provide friendly and efficient service to guests during check in/check out procedures;
Make and confirm reservations and assist guests with problems or questions;
Obtain information necessary to guarantee rooms;
Answer all reservation inquiries according to established guidelines;
Accurately enter all reservations into the computer system according to department policy and procedure;
Provide information to guests regarding local services and events.
