As a CSR, you will be the first impression of our company. We are looking for positive, energetic applicants with excellent people skills. Experience in customer service is preferred.
Duties- Answering phones, scheduling appointments.
- Checking patients in for appointments and out after their visit.
- Filling prescriptions.
- Interacting with customers and pets.
- Assisting technicians and doctors.
- Animal restraint.
- Customer service.
- Keeping the clinic clean.
- Must be solution-oriented, accountable, and a direct and honest communicator.
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and empathy and be able to multitask.
