Penn National Gaming - : [Front Desk Agent / Reservations Agent] As a Night Auditor at Penn National Gaming, you'll:
Run nightly reports to reset the system for next day operations;
Check in and out guests while providing the highest level of customer service possible;
Maintain an operating bank and receive cash, credit cards, and comps in payment;
Post charges, settle folios, groups, and due outs;
Handle guest problems or complaints.
