This is a full-time, on-site Laborer role based in Salida, CO. The Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and excavation tasks to support project completion. Day-to-day tasks may include operating and maintaining tools and equipment, assisting in site preparation, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring a safe and clean work area. Collaboration and communication with team members and supervisors are key for successfully executing assigned duties.

• Experience with operating construction tools, equipment, and machinery
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, digging, and other manual labor activities
• Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license is preferred
• Prior experience in construction or excavation work is a plus
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
